Our Steel Wool Project

We had a science project and it was about steel wool rusting like an old car in a desert!
So we did it..
It worked! So we put the steel wool in the test tube and waited 3 days. This is the last day! We expected the water to go up in the 3 little measuring cups and we had the 3 test tubes to put the wool in, while the tubes were upside down for the water to go up! The wool rusted each day more and more.  It turned into a  black and brown mess! So the water is still rising surprisingly. Our hypothesis was correct from the water rising. So we expected the wool to rust (which it did) and we got rusted wool.
The air and the moisture and the iron changed into rust since it was a chemical reaction.

Our Science Project

In class we did another science project again!
Today we learned about antibodies and pathogens!
Once you get a cold/germ in your body, your antibodies fight it and learn hoe to defeat the germ them if it comes back, your antibodies fight the same way last time!
Once they defeat the germ then the germ dies off and you feel better!!

Tell me in comments if you did this as well!! =D

Our Class Experiment

My teacher Mrs.H had corn starch on her hand and she fake sneezed and the corn starch got all over our faces.
We leaned about systems of the body and diseases and we read about IMMUNE PLATOON!
If you sneeze on your hand, you may spread the germs onto your friends things, your friends and other objects. Then the objects that you touched, your friends touch. BOOM! Your friends have your germs.
You can sneeze on your friends (and make them mad) so they get your germs.
If you sneeze in your arm you stop the germs from getting out of your mouth. Then your friends don't usually touch the middle of your arm.
If you ever sneeze on your hands, wash your hands immediately!
