Our Class Experiment

My teacher Mrs.H had corn starch on her hand and she fake sneezed and the corn starch got all over our faces.
We leaned about systems of the body and diseases and we read about IMMUNE PLATOON!
If you sneeze on your hand, you may spread the germs onto your friends things, your friends and other objects. Then the objects that you touched, your friends touch. BOOM! Your friends have your germs.
You can sneeze on your friends (and make them mad) so they get your germs.
If you sneeze in your arm you stop the germs from getting out of your mouth. Then your friends don't usually touch the middle of your arm.
If you ever sneeze on your hands, wash your hands immediately!

Have you ever done a experiment about diseases? Tell Me In Comments :)

  1. Hi Ev, that must have been pretty funny when Mrs. Houghtalen fake sneezed the corn starch all over the place. Sometimes I sneeze so fast that I barely have time to put my arm over my nose. I try really hard to do it though so that I don't spread my germs everywhere. I've never done an experiment with germs before. I liked reading your blog, Thank you for sharing it with us.
    Love, Mrs. Meyer

  4. Great job Evyn! I see a infectious disease doctor in the future. I remember my teacher told us to sneeze down because germs didn't like the cold floor. I'll tell you about an experiment I did on germs when I see you. You can try it too, we just need Mommy's favorite food - JELLO!

  8. Hi Evyn, Great job on the science experiment and your blog! I saw something similar on an episode of Myth Busters, I didn't realize how much germs could travel!
